The Makemybear.com Agreement

Conditions
This agreement has been set up to protect the rights
and obligations of our customers as well as Enterprise
Investments (NZ) Ltd (trading as Makemybear.com). For
the purposes of this agreement Enterprise Investments
(NZ) Ltd and Makemybear.com are used interchangeably.
This agreement is a legal document, which sets out your
rights and obligations, and those of Makemybear.com,
in relation to any services offered by us through this
site.

Taxation
regulations
We are a NZ registered company at
this stage not registered for GST in New Zealand &
Australia and is therefore is not currently charged on
all goods and services where applicable. Once the income
threshold for charging GST is met, GST (Sales Tax) will
be charged on domestic purchases but will remain exempt
for all international purchases.

New Zealand Law
Enterprise Investments (NZ) Ltd is a company registered
in New Zealand, and every sale shall be deemed to be
performed in New Zealand. New Zealand law shall govern
each transaction, including (without limitation) all
contractual and other relationships, which arise as
a result of such sales.

Terms
Once you have purchased any goods from the Makemybear.com
site, you are governed by the terms of this agreement.

The Contract
No contract exists between you and Makemybear.com until
Makemybear.com has sent you an email confirming receipt
and acceptance of your order. Makemybear.com is entitled
to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors
or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing
on the site.

The Detail
We ask that you agree to register for Makemybear.com sales
using your correct name, address and any other requested
details. You may also enter credit, debit or charge card
details. You must ensure that

you are entitled to use that card at the time
when you provide those details to Makemybear.com,

the card has available funds to cover all charges
incurred at the time it is used |
In any event, to register for Makemybear.com services,
you must legally be able to enter into contracts for goods
and services that you may buy here. You must be at least
18 years old and sane.

Corrections
and Errors
It is important that you are aware that the colours and
appearance of images may vary slightly from the way they
appear on the screen.
Descriptions of goods and services included in the Makemybear.com
site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Errors
are corrected as soon as we are aware of them.

Copyright
You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our
images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.
More detail
You agree that in any circumstances whatsoever, the liability
of Makemybear.com under this agreement (whether arising
in negligence or otherwise), will not under any circumstances
exceed the greater of a) $NZD500 or b) an amount equal
to the sums paid or payable by you.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any
indirect or loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit,
revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused.
Beyond our control
Makemybear.com shall not be liable for any failure to
perform its obligations under this agreement if caused
by matters beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to this Agreement
Price and availability information are subject to change
without notice. Makemybear.com reserves the right to change
the terms of this agreement from time to time, and post
a new version on our website. The new version will take
effect on the day it is posted on the website.
Severability
If any term in this agreement is held unenforceable, the
remainder of this agreement shall still remain valid.
Suspension or termination of
the contract
Makemybear.com reserves the rights to suspend or terminate
any members account which, is, or appears to us in our
absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions
of this agreement.
