Therefore, if you teddy does not make it to your doorstep in perfect condition we will refund your money, up to 30 days from receiving your Makemybear.com products. Methods of Payment

Makemybear.com gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta cards and Visa Purchasing cards. We do not however accept COD orders.
Because Makemybear.com services a global market we can acquire payment in USD, Euros and NZD’s. We also offer a free currency converter to assist you in understanding all our product costs in major currencies derived from the USD. The total amount for your purchase and freight is converted to your local currency at rates set by your credit card issuer, not by us. There are no extra charges or commission. Your credit card statement will show the cost, converted to your local currency.
Your credit card is debited only when your order has been successfully filled.

Consumer Guarantee and Product Returns

All goods are guaranteed 100%. If your order is damaged in anyway or is not the same as you ordered simply return the goods to us in original condition within 1 month of purchase, and we will refund you in full. In these circumstances, where the return is as a direct result of a faulty product or error by Makemybear.com we will of course pay for the return postage.
