Do the Makemybear.com products conform to any safety requirements?

All our toys conform to the very stringent Product Safety Standards enforced by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs here in New Zealand. However, these standards may vary slightly from the safety standards applicable in other countries. Which credit cards can I use?
Makemybear.com gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta cards and Visa Purchasing cards. We do not however accept COD orders.

What currencies can I use?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is debited only when your order has been successfully filled.

Can I send a message with the product(s) if it is sent as a gift?
Absolutely. Use the free text field in the check out page to write your message and we will enclose this within the parcel when it is delivered to the delivery address detailed at check out.

Do you hold stock of all the teddy bears and accessories on your site?
Everything that you see on our site is currently in stock and available for immediate delivery to you. On the odd occasion we may sell out of a particular item. If this happens we will post a message next to the item saying that the item is out of stock and we will normally try to provide an indication of when it will be back in stock.

How do I order from Makemybear.com?
Makemybear.com has three divisions, The Makemybear.com Production Process, Adoptmybear and Bear Necessities. In each of these divisions you will be given clear instructions on how to select products you are interested in purchasing. You will also have the ability at all stages to view the products that you have sent to your shopping cart. When you proceed to checkout you will move into a secure encrypted site to enter your delivery and shipping option details and a third party encrypted site to enter your payment details. The amount of your purchase will be clearly displayed inclusive of all shipping costs. Once you have checked out, a page will display confirming your order and it will provide you with a reference number. You should take a copy of this number, as it is required in respect of any queries you have subsequently. You will then be contacted shortly afterwards by a Makemybear.com customer service officer who will also confirm your order and any particular details pertaining to your order.
